Cocoa Boutique Review
We went visiting family last weekend and my lovely mother in law and me do like to have a bottle of wine and a gossip in the evenings. Just before we went south I had a beautifully presented box of chocolates arrive from Cocoa Boutique. I do not normally get spoilt with luxery chocolates and I was really looking forward to trying them.
The description of each chocolate made them sound like a slice of heaven. I wouldn’t let the children dive in as thought they wouldn’t appreciate them!! Before we got down to serious wine consuming we enjoyed taste testing the chocolates. The raspberry with a hint of orange was a firm favourite along with the champayne truffle.
What is unique about Cocoa Boutique is that it is a club where you pay monthly £19.95 and the chocolates are delivered through your letterbox. I have ordered wine this way for many years but never chocolate. One aspect I liked is that you don’t need to be tied in every month. You could choose from a two monthly package or even a six monthly package.
The chocolates are perfect for an after meal treat if you have friends over. Likewise if you are having a DVD evening this would finish it off perfectly. I really liked the concept of Cocoa Boutique and the chocolates I recieved were lovely. They looked well presented in a good quality box. I liked that you could rate each chocolate and also that there was information on the chocolatier that had created the chocolate.
Disclosure: The chocolates were sent free of charge for the purpose of the review. The opinions are all my own.
