Dream Christmas Wish List… from Next

Written by Emma. Posted in fashion

I adore clothes, I buy a plenty! I have spoken of my love for Next before. I have also had the privilege to meet up with friends at their bloggers events.

Therefore when Jane over at Northern Mum promoted that she is hosting a competition to win some Next vouchers I knew I would enter!! I do like a competition or two! I especially like competitions that are a little bit creative. Jane, I have decided must be a little nosy as she wants to know what we would wear for Christmas day. It seems to me that people either dress up or dress down for Christmas day. I am definitely of the dress up variety. I need a bit of comfort but generally will glam it up. There is no way you will find me cooking the the roast turkey in a onesie!!

In fact for a nano second I considered photo shopping my face onto this image but couldnt quite do it *shudder*

Christmas is definitely getting nearer, I have even got the advent calendars sorted! When shopping this week I started thinking of presents, then I realised that Christmas tunes were playing. How sneaky of them – it was very quiet but there kicking my subconscious into touch! Those subliminal messages encouraging me to get sorted it was almost like I was in an episode of Derren Brown!

So here goes I would be wearing this flocked lace pencil dress although I will admit these toasty warm looking tartan slippers will be snuggling my toes! Erin is easy as I already have most of the Next AW range for her. My favourite being the star dress with gorgeous details. I actually have also most of the monochrome and animal range! Nursery photos this week rocked the zebra theme.

My boy is one for comfort so it’ll be a warm jumper and his gillet for warmth.

Chloe will have to rock this print dress with tights. I can’t tell you why but she will ;) ssssh secret!

I can’t believe how much putting this post together has made me feel festive! My girls third birthday is today and now I can turn my attention to Christmas. After the year we have had we all deserve some festive cheer and I am sure 2013 will bring great things.
