I have returned to work a little lighter than I have been all year. Sitting at home with Erin whilst she had her DDH treatment meant that the weight had crept on. All that eating mars bars in the hospital whilst drinking coffee probably didn’t help either.
However Jenny Craig is sorting me out. I have lost over half a stone and want to lose another. If truth be told I miss the alcohol and if truth be told I do still drink more alcohol than the plan allows. But hey I have three children and I like a glass of wine in the evening! I have switched to also drinking Gin and Slimline tonic as its less calories!
I adore the easy nature of Jenny Craig my meals are delivered to my house, a menu prepared and all I need to do is heat it up and prepare my fresh veg or salad to go with it. The portion size is still what surprises me the most, they look small but it really fills me up. This week back at school I questioned how I would manage, but it has been fine. I have taken fruit in as my snacks and make sure I am drinking plenty of water.
The just add water noodles and potato are perfect for my quick turn around lunch times.
I am hoping that this week I have lost a few lbs as I have been running up and down the stairs and moving about whilst I am teaching. My next goal is to be a comfy size 12 for Christmas. Today I am wearing a pencil skirt that I felt really good in. This makes me happy!
