Sep 15 Making life easier!

Two weeks of the term survived.  September is always a crazy busy month. The children settling to new teachers and new routines. Harassed mothers are packing lunch boxes, juggling after school clubs and genuinely being run ragged! Therefore when Tesco Mobile sent me a little package of perks for mums of teenagers it was a little bit of indulgence. Chloe was hoping that a Blackberry would be included – but this was a treat for the mums for a change!

The gift included some lovely treats. The little notebook is perfect for keeping my blogging ideas and review items in and looks very cool too.  Hidden in the box was a gift voucher from both Tesco and Costa Coffee.  The Costa voucher was a great distraction last weekend, after a couple of hours marking and prepping my classes for the week ahead we went out for a coffee and cake to enjoy the last blast of sunshine!

 I did let the children dig into the jaffa cakes – as a mum we are not used to putting ourselves first and so I shared this with them!  These perks for mum were to celebrate the recently launched Tesco Mobile Family Perks scheme, whereby you can have two or more contract phones on the same account, meaning only one bill. Each family member can then choose a perk like free mins or Internet time. I do like things that make mum’s life easier and this is one of those ideas.

So thank you Tesco Mobile for spoiling me and making life a bit easier!
