Oct 31 Wednesdays Wardrobe.

Erin hasn’t had much call for party dresses. They were not much use in spica but this weekend we had a family christening. It was a time for Erin to spend with her cousins and certainly a time for party dresses.

As soon as I was in Next I spotted this gorgeous pink star party dress with its matching cropped cardigan. The dress is silky soft with beautiful ruffle details on the hem line. It is the perfect party dress. The ribbon detailing around the waist and peter pan collar give it its finishing touches.

Unfortunately for us there was no dress in her size, thankfully there was one in her size in Cheltenham just nine miles away! I hot footed it across town to get it – I would have liked more accessories to go with dress especially some pretty hair clips. However I made do with pale pink clips we already had!
