For my children, Christmas isn’t Christmas without a trip to the theatre to watch some festive silliness. We love the atmosphere and it really helps get us into the Christmas spirit. However, for some younger theatre goers, traditional panto might be a bit much. This is where Grandma Claus is the perfect introduction to younger children. Aimed at under 10’s and their families Grandma Claus is on tour in local venues across Gloucestershire this December.
Grandma Claus: Waiting for Santa, is a fun filled family show that tells the story of how Grandma raised Santa and how he became the worlds most loved icon of all time. The only issue is, Grandma hasn’t seen Santa in years and is desperate to see him before she stops believing in him!
Grandma has tried tirelessly to get Santa home! She has baked his favourite cakes for years, she has searched high and low and this year might be the year she has to give up!
With a plan up her sleeve, a bit of help from her silly friend Twinkle Toes and a touch of magic, you never know what might happen around Grandma’s house… Pop in to see Grandma this Christmas, she’ll give you a treat and you never know who you might meet!
Kick start your Christmas with a light hearted, magical and fun family show that will bring out the excitement in children and adults alike.
There will be a meet and greet with the Claus’ after the show!
