I am married to a scientific man, he finds reason in everything, he looks for logical conclusions and believes there are answers to be found. That is not a criticism of him but it is quite different to me. I believe in luck, in fate and believe some things cannot be proven or disproved. When our son was born with allergies that made his skin itch and weep plastering on creams was not enough for me. Conventional medicines had little effect and I was not prepared to just leave it to getting better.
Instead I took him for kinesology, I paid more than I had in spare money to try alternative therapies. My husband scoffed as I described how they pushed on my arm whilst my nine month old sat on my lap. Form my responses they produced a list of foods that were causing Dyl problems. I eliminated those foods and the skin cleared up. Eleven years later his eczema has still not returned. He does still have weird allergies. And is under hospital consultants for the unusual eye blisters he gets with the start of hay fever. But I believe alternative treatments have helped him.
In labour with Erin I used aromatherapy oils as my midwife was a advocate of them. I do remember them being nice and they did keep me calm even though it was a far from easy delivery. I have always been open to using products like this and believe in the power of aromatherapy and positive thinking.
As a teen I was a stress head, in that I found many things difficult, I could not relax and was plagued with self doubt and insecurities thankfully I grew into a a person, a woman and mother that is much more confident and positive. I retrained myself about how to handle things and how to believe in myself. I would never have left teaching to pursue working self employed if I doubted myself. I find now that campaigns like Get Comfortable suit me and I want to pass that on. I have got to this better place by being positive and believing.
Therefore I use products like Tazeka aromatherapy to help balance me. Their vision is
We believe a happy, balanced world is full of happy, balanced people, and aromatherapy helps make that a reality, drop by drop. And it makes everyone smell nicer, too!
We see a world where the wisdom of plants helps us get through our days — naturally and beautifully. And where whatever we need to feel whole — whether it’s supreme focus, radiant health, beautiful skin, or just a good night’s rest — is within our reach.
In our vision, the earth is our ally, with all its natural abundance, and as it cares for us, we care for it. But that doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our modern way of life, or quit our jobs and move to gardening communities.
It means we strengthen our connections with ourselves, our fellow people, and our planet to live happier and healthier lives.
Tazeka is our way of helping you reconnect with yourself and clear away the clutter — mentally, emotionally, and physically — so you can shine your brightest.
Over the past six weeks I have been using a range of their oils from concentrate, balance and confidence. The oils coupled together with my belief that life will continue to get better has certainly had an impact. The last two months have been brilliant for me on a work level. I have heard people say before that I am lucky. And yes I am but much of that luck I have made. I will continue to use aromatherapy and think positively to enhance my life. In fact I have just set myself some new bigger goals. I am smashing the ones I had previously set.
I have been encouraging my teen to try the Tazeka aromatherapy too. I know it often helps with exam stress and pressures and I will be using this with her throughout the year. I have had many students in the past that have used oil in times of stress. The Tazeka aromatherapy comes beautifully packaged. Each rollerball is ideal for having in your handbag.
