2011 My favourite 11 pictures of the year.

I have seen a number of posts this morning highlighting their 11 favourite photos of the year. It encouraged me to have a peek in my album and this collection sums up my year.

Number 1- A smiley Dylan, not often found in front of the camera as he prefers to be in the background rather than the limelight.  Therefore a naturel picture of  a smiling Dylan is heartwarming to me.

Number 2 -The bond between mother and child. It reminds me of how much our children place in our hands. Plus I love those chubby fingers mwah x

Number 3, My gorgeous nephew joined the family in Jan and Erin adores him, this photo just shows her adoration for her baby cousin.

Number 4, Shows the hopes and dreams of 11 year olds as they finsh one journey and start another.  Each child released a balloon with a wish for the future attached as they finished year six.

Number 5, I love our garden and the fun the children had in the summer. Those trees in the back are protected and give our home such a beautiful dramatic backdrop.

Number 6, Chloe was chosen by her classmates to be the house captain for sports and her house only went and won!  Chloe got to run around with the cup and was in her element in the centre of all the action!

Nunber 7, More fun in the garden, but this is a treasured picture.  Erin walking aged 22 months, weeks before going into her spica for 10 months.

Number 8, my beautiful big girl as she parties and celebrates her time at primary school.  I can’t believe that she is already at secondary school.  I am so proud of the kind, caring, empathic, energetic talented girl she is.

Number 9, Erin again but this time from the Graco photoshoot.  A scrummy picture that we have had turned into a black and white canvas.  I love her totally relaxed look.  An image of calm.

Number 10 Shows Erin cheeky character and her playfulness.  This one loves to be in front of the camera and I think the camera rather likes her too!!

Finally number 11, one phrase springs to mind for me with this picture and its all about bravery.  No matter what happens to Erin she comes through it all smiling.  This picture is waking up from the second general aneasthic and wanting toast.  Thankfully I am also greeted by this smiling face each morning as she calls me to come and get her out of bed.
