Getting a good night’s sleep with a Kally Pillow is so important for our physical and emotional health. I need a fair amount of quality sleep and I am at my best on 10 hours per night, my children are very similar and this stems from having hypermobility which typically makes them fatigued. As a teenager, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and my wellbeing depends on sleeping well even now. Thankfully I have discovered the Kally pillow for a side sleeper which has given me the best night’s sleep in a long while.
Sleeping well also means being comfortable when you sleep and not waking up with neck and shoulder pains from sleeping awkwardly. It has only been recently that I discovered not all pillows are made equally! Did you know that there are different pillows depending on your sleep position? You should choose a pillow carefully and have an awareness of sleeping positions because proper pillows can minimize pain. The Kally Ultimate Side Sleeper Pillow has been designed to give side sleepers balanced support, helping to prevent neck and back pain during sleep. It has walled sides help to align your head, neck and spine and offers an extra level of quality comfort, maintaining its shape over long periods of use.
Kally Pillow Review for a Side Sleeper
I have been using the Kally pillow for the past three weeks and I can honestly say that it has made a difference to the quality of my sleep. The Kally pillow is really comfortable and gives me a great night’s sleep. I have been waking up feeling fresher and I can see from my Apple watch that my sleep is deeper and I am waking less during the night.
The side sleeper pillow is UK made and consists of a supportive hollow fibre interior that molds perfectly to the head shape. The soft breathable cotton outer layer keeps you perfectly cool which I have appreciated during these hot muggy nights we have been getting. The Kally pillow can also be machine washed which keeps it smelling fresh. I have washed mine to ensure that it keeps its shape and I can confirm that it does.
The only downside to the pillows is that they are more expensive than buying some from a supermarket or similar but honestly the difference is worth the cost. Previously I have just bought any pillows but after using the Kally pillow for the past few weeks I will not go back to pillows that have not been made specifically for my sleeping position.
More Kally Pillows including the Best Body Pillow

They are also renowned for having the best body pillow on the market! These are ideal if you are pregnant or just need full-body support, again ideal for those with conditions like hypermobility syndrome who need more support for their joints. There are also pillows for children and getting children into good sleeping habits is essential.
More Sleep Tips
In addition to using a supportive pillow, there are other solutions that could help you get a better night’s sleep. Firstly don’t drink caffeine three hours before bed as it is a stimulant that can keep you awake.
Keep your bedroom a relaxed calm environment that is conducive to a good nights sleep.
Go to bed at the same time each night and also get up at the same time. Creating a routine allows your natural body clock to be effective.
Don’t use devices just before bed, instead allow your mind to calm and switch off.
I also use the Neom Organics London – Tranquillity Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist Spray as I am very responsive to smells!
If you are in need of a good nights sleep do check out the Kally pillow and if like me you are a side sleeper there is a current offer Buy 2 Ultimate Side Sleeper Pillows and save £20 so don’t delay and give yourself the gift of deep sleep.
