Life for our kids is pretty tough right now, everything is different to how it should be. Chloe should be at Univeristy enjoying her final year, playing hockey, socialising with friends and looking forward to her future. Instead she is still at home, she hasn’t stepped into a lecture theatre since March and her hockey stick is gathering dust from lack of use!
It is not what the third year was supposed to look like and she is paying for the privilege! Chloe came home after catching Covid in October, she had planned to go back before December but the November lockdown put paid to those plans. Therefore she is still here three months later and many of her clothes are still in Plymouth. Therefore she was thrilled when Femme Luxe asked us if we would like to collaborate a put together a few looks that are ideal for lounging at home and relaxing.
At this time we want comfort, we are all spending most of our time indoors so we want to feel cozy but we also want to feel good. I am a bit over joggers if truth be told. We want to still feel like we have made an effort as this makes us happy and can even improve our productivity. I long for the days of dressing up and getting ready to go out!

I really liked this jumper on her and thought the design and colour was really flattering. She teamed this look with her favourite black converse hi tops. This is ideal for wearing out as looks great, she can’t wait to start seeing friends again and I am pretty sure that she will be wearing this get up!
With the promise of spring just around the corner, Chloe was looking for a lightweight jacket that acts as a great cover-up. Therefore she picked out a cropped denim jacket.
The jacket features a cropped hem with long sleeves and silver buttons, this cropped denim jacket is an essential this summer. Femme Luxe suggests teaming with a pair of cycling shorts and oversized tee for that off-duty cutie vibe. However it is a bit cold for that look right now so Chloe teamed the denim jacket with joggers for a more relaxed loungewear vibe.
She has set herself a challenge for February which includes closing her three rings on her iwatch each day plus walking 10,000 steps. Therefore I can see her wearing this set up for those dialy walks. Here she has teamed the joggers and jacket with her white converse hi tops which are her pumps of choice for walking.
