Using Jonple App to Make Meaningful Change

January is often a month associated with changing our habits or setting goals for the year ahead. By starting the year with purpose and goals it can motivate us into doing things differently and taking action. Like many, I can start off so well, but I find keeping momentum and motivation tricky after a few days. That is where the Jonple App can help make a positive difference to your health goals.

Some people choose a word for the year to live by and choose to implement change in this way. It could be ‘move’ for example or ‘be kind’. Whether it is goals you set or words that you chose, both require a mindset change and commitment.

This year I want to focus more on my health. I have been going to the gym, Zuu Fitness in Gloucester for the past few years and I love it. It has given me such purpose and a love of training in a very different way. I use weights and body weights to get my body stronger both physically and mentally.

There are still things though that I want to improve. I want to improve my food behaviours as I chose the wrong foods far too frequently and that leaves me feeling unhealthy.

Therefore I was really interested in the new app Jonple which offers to be Your Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach in your pocket. A new type of approach and a much more holistic one focussing in on the multiple aspects that can improve our health and wellbeing.

I downloaded the app and started with the 14 day free trial. You input your information and as you engage with the app it gets to know you more and can then personalise your experience.

There are short bitesize videos on journaling, sleep, fitness and more. You set your goals and the app guides you to meeting them.

There are numerous recipes and you can log your foods which can support in weight loss. There are no banned foods, Jonple just helps you manage what you eat. The fitness test works out your current levels by asking questions about your current fitness practises and it also uses a short test. The app then suggests more ways to move that you will enjoy and be challenged by.

I found it really motivating as it wasn’t all about a diet. It is much more than that, offering support for health and wellbeing for a better you.

The 14-day trial gives you a real sense of what you can achieve when you take out a subscription for a few months or a year. The trial is free and will help you realise how much this little coach in your pocket could support you. Make sure that you use it to its full benefits in the first week so that you get a thorough understanding of how it works.

This past week I have eaten much more mindfully, completed 4 runs and had a positive mindset. This will all help me achieve my goals beyond January. It takes something like 66 days for a new thing to become an automatic habit. I want to keep up with this healthier approach so will be using all the tools available to me to make my behaviours change.

If you have set yourself any type of wellness and health goals this month then download Jonple now and let it work its magic on your subconscious and conscious behaviour. As a recap, Jonple provides each user with a fully personalised program in fitness, nutrition and psychology to help them reach their goal. No matter what your blocks are the app can help overcome them leading you to a healthier you.

The app gives you meals and snacks to eat each day, and if you don’t like a suggested meal you can swap it out for one of your own or one in the library of 500+ recipes. My favourite is the chicken and chorizo on Pitta. You are provided with the nutrition facts, ingredients required and the step by step instructions.

The workout program allows you to select your training days, and home or gym workout with home requiring no equipment and giving you 3 unique workouts per week. It is widely suggested that we should all be aiming for more exercise and three workouts a week is often the benchmark we are told to aim for as this is where we start to see a difference.

Let me know how you get on.
