I am a huge advocate for teenagers and I have said numerous times that they get a raw deal from the media and are often stereotyped, when in reality they doing what we want. Being a parent of a teenager is not easy and it brings challenges but I am enjoying this stage of parenting immensely. It takes your relationship to a different place and I enjoy going out to the cinema or for dinner with my teen.
Chloe is an incredibly sporty girl, she cares about her appearance but equally she loves stomping up the hills with her wellies and friends to do handstands at the top and cartwheel down. Her friends and her will spend their weekends playing hockey then they dress up and go out for dinner. She studies and has ambition, she wants to be successful but really doesn’t know how or in what field yet. Therefore I want her Christmas presents to reflect this, my millennium baby will soon be sixteen and I try to choose her presents with thought and I want them to reflect her values and what she is about.

- Hugo Boss Perfume I want to raise positive girls and perfumes that tell her she is the Boss suits me! This costs £57.50 and comes with a free sports bag and also nail varnish set. How fab is that, the kit bag will be great to for her friends sleepovers and also the many sporting fixtures I take her too.
- Clinique Daily Essentials Skin Gift Set This is a great price (£35) and introduction to good quality skincare. Chloe has beautiful skin but has found it gets a little dry with being outdoors so much in all weather and especially cold weather on the hockey pitch. Therefore this would give her a nice pampering treat and become part of her skin regime. It is also better than a huge post of cold cream (remember that) that my mum introduced me too as a teen!
- Carvela Libby Flat Lace Up Trainers the trainers are really cool they cost £99 and will look good for play or wearing out with her jeans.
- Happy christmas chocolates would be my next choice. We quite often have film nights at home when her younger siblings have gone to bed and dad is out. It is our time to chat and chill together I am therefore hoping she will share these luxury chocs which cost £35. Who would you buy them for?

Great choices Emma! I love the idea of the Boss perfume to demonstrate how Chloe is a strong, positive teenage girl. I also love the concept behind Give As You Live. Christmas is so commercial nowadays, it is a great idea to give back to those less fortunate over the festive season .

Good pick. I have an older version of the cybershot camera and it is the best camera I ever got. Hubby got it for me 4 years ago or so. It takes amazing photos just like an dslr camera.
Brilliant – I really like the idea of a portion of the money spent on gifts going to charity – at Christmas it really is important to remember those less fortunate and this will do a lot of good. That’s a fantastic variety of gifts, she’s a lucky girl!
