Mouthwatering Recipe for Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Finding recipes that are somewhat healthy and easy to make without flour is challenging and we all know how that’s been a struggle to get during lockdown yet I have found the solution with this oatmeal peanut butter cookies recipe.

These yummy peanut butter cookies are ideal to make when you want to bake a sweet treat that isn’t full of sugar and is an alternative to the cake!

Four ingredient no added sugar cookies

Whilst we are at home in a time of isolation we are baking more and using up the ingredients we have in the cupboards rather than hitting up the shops for new ingredients.

My children are not huge fans of peanut butter on toast but they like the flavour in sweet treats.

Children will enjoy making these as they are simple and they will be able to make these with minimal input and supervision.

In this unprecedented time of a national emergency, we are all searching for activities and life skills that pass the time of day.

One thing I hope is that after all this is over that we all emerge a little bit kinder and have spent the time going back to basics and living a little slower.

We have been given some time away from the treadmill and we can use it to bake, to craft and to do the things that bring us joy.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Cookies

Total Time: 15 minutes

Combine

In a medium bowl add all ingredients.

Mix

Mix everything together until well combined

Make as many 2 inch balls (approx 12) flatten with a fork

Cover a tray with baking paper or place on cookie sheet.

Pop in the oven!

Bake at 200 for about 12 minutes. until firm and golden.
