It is the school holidays and we have a wonderful trip to London to follow where we are planning on making full use of our new Merlin passes that I won last year. We are staying a beautiful hotel which we will be reviewing and I cannot wait for some fun times with my little family.
I am also starting to think about summer holidays and fun in the sun. A couple of years ago we spent a blissful week staying at Trevella in Cornwall. Trevella is a little special and has so much to offer families like ours. The children had great fun with the ranger and basked in all they learnt from him.

Ranger Adventures part of Easter holiday package at Cornwall holiday park
A Cornish campsite is daring families to discover their wild side on the Cornwall coast this Easter.
Trevella Park near Crantock is offering free Ranger Adventures during the two-week school holiday break (3-17 April), with guests challenged to discover local insects and wildlife, learn to fish and develop their survival skills.
Savings of up to 20% are available on Easter holidays for bookings made and paid in full before 28 February. Prices for a four-night midweek break from 6 April start from £196 for up to four people sharing a static caravan (www.trevella.co.uk or call 01637 830 308).
The Ranger-led activities bring youngsters face-to-face with the bugs, bats and beasties that live in and around Trevella Park’s own nature reserve and lakes, or scuttle along the streams, rock pools and sands of nearby Crantock Beach.
Sessions take place twice per day during the Easter holidays with night-time moth and bat walks, insect hunts, rockpooling, shelter building and map reading among the activities on offer.
Says Kieran Lynch, general manager at Trevella Park: “We are bringing lots of excitement to Easter. Who wants to spend their holiday fortnight scoffing chocolate eggs when they can take an adventure on the incredible Cornwall coast.”
Trevella Park is one of Cornwall’s greenest holiday parks and has held a David Bellamy Gold Award for environmental actions for 17 consecutive years. In 2014, Trevella was voted one of Cornwall’s top three holiday parks by Cornwall Tourism.

We’ve never made it as afar as Cornwall as yet and I’m hoping we can this summer. I’ve heard about Trevella Park before, I’ll have to check it out. Mich x
