Staying in the Villas la Clairiere aux Chevreuils with Madame Vacances

Visiting Moliets in the South of France is a real adventure filled holiday for all the family.  Dyl and I had a blast trying out a plethora of activities and Dyl absolutely pushed himself to his boundaries and tried things that he has shied away from in the past.  I have written about the activities for older children and teens to try in Moliets but also wanted to share a little more about the accommodation we stayed in and saw in the region.  We were Staying in the Villas la Clairiere aux Chevreuils with Madame Vacances.

We stayed with Madame Vacances who have 25 years of experience as a holiday specialist. Our home was a  luxury villa in the Villas la Clairiere aux Chevreuils set up.  The villa sleeps 8 in a mixture of double and twin rooms, most bedrooms were fully ensuite.  Dylan being the only boy in our villa grabbed a twin room to himself whilst the other girls shared with their mums.

All villas come with:
– A private garden with terrace and swimming pool
– Comfortable living room
– Washing machine and tumble dryer
– Bathrooms and separate toilets

The villas are self catering but for an additional fee you can have fresh bread and croissants delivered to your villa each morning.  This was lovely and felt very decadent! When in France I am sure  there must be some sort of rule that you have to eat your weight in croissants and cheese! Staying here costs from:

7 night stay on the 13th of August from £3579

5 night stay on the 2nd of October from £719
7 night stay on the 24th of October from £819.

The villas are spacious as are the other properties managed by Madame Vacances – the prices also vary and the area provides accommodation for all budgets.

Whilst we were there we undertook some  challenges which we filmed and here you can see what we got up to, and how I took my life in my hands with Dyl’s driving!

We would like to thank Madame Vacances for a wonderful stay.

Sharing is caring!

  1. Aww this looks like such a fun holiday. I loved the challenges, such a great way to push yourself to do things you’d not normally do x

  2. looks fab. I always think you can never have to many bathrooms as someone always wants in when somebody else is.
I do object to any property being four or more times the cost in peak season than other times.
Love the idea of the private garden especially of you have young children.

  3. I have always shyed away from Villas but I am loving this one, the price for 7 days is not too bad at all. Bringing other families and friends alone would make it even more affordable.

  4. What a beautiful location and villa to stay in. I agree that you have to eat all the pastries that you can, as well as cheese, wine and good coffee while you are staying somewhere like that. I would love reading a book by the pool. Thanks for sharing x
