The Y6 Prom – it’s all about the shoes!

This weekend is Chloe’s leaving primary school ‘Hollywood Night’ to say she is excited is an understatement.  However I have been very canny with her outfit as I didn’t want her to look older than her years or make it too ‘promish’ after all they are only 11.  I think we have got the balance right but I did let her splurge a bit on the shoes she is wearing with her cream dress.  Shoes were the hardest part as the choice in most shops is high (not an option) or flat (ruined the look of the dress).  However we eventually found these:

Only wish I was same size and we could share *sigh*

With the boys it is so much easier.  All they need to do to scrub up is have a shower and hire / buy a suit!  This has been made all the easier now that My Tuxedo have introduced a boys range.  This makes struggling to find a suit that fits the page boy much easier or if you simply need your boy to look smart for a formal occasion like a prom, My Tuxedo’s newly launched boyswear range has all the solutions!

From tuxedos to waistcoats, cravats to bow ties and even formal shoes, the range is now the biggest in the retail sector!

And to help families in the tough economic climate My Tuxedo offers boyswear packages ranging from £20 (Bronze) to £80 (Platinum).

Therefore it is as easy as pie for the boys and – that’s fine, as really I have enjoyed my shopping trip with Chloe I love trying and buying the dress but when it comes to Dylan’s turn I will just hit the internet!
