It seems that we are all loving baking in lockdown especially if we can use as few ingredients as possible. My kids are enjoying baking sweet treats in the afternoons after doing school work and the 3 ingredient Nutella chocolate twists were such a hit that I had a little look at what else we could make with the remainder of the Nutella and came across this very easy 3 ingredient Nutella chocolate brownie.

We won’t make it onto the next series of Bake Off but our results are yummy if not pretty.

I wasn’t sure if the Nutella chocolate brownies would be gooey enough for us but they were and once again I like that they are super easy to make as they require only 3 ingredients of Nutella, eggs, and flour.

The children whipped these up with no supervision and minimal washing up as they didn’t even weigh anything out, they guesstimated the Nutella based on the size of the jar and how much was in there!

We tried one for taste testing purposes but the rest will be served warm with ice-cream tonight for dessert. You could add nuts to the mix and dust with icing sugar if you have any. We are enjoying finding such easy recipes and having fun with ingredients.
