Spreading a Little Happiness

Life is tough but we are tougher and with that in mind I want to run a giveaway. It is easy to get bogged down at the minute so I want to spread some happiness and for each week we are still in lockdown I am going to run a competition to put a little smile on a few people’s faces with some happy prizes.

This time in lockdown has shown me the strengths of others. I am so proud that my teenagers are isolating with no arguments or trying to look for a way out. Instead, they have played games together, got on with their respective school and university work and helped around the house. I have challenged them with 30+ Ideas to keep teenagers busy, safe and happy in lockdown and they have risen to the challenge – especially any that involve making money!

Erin has been working at preparing for her 11+ which she will be taking in September. She is also enjoying being creative and doing lots of colouring and craft activities, many of which come from this post sharing 15 Boredom Busters. We kept working through the Easter break as we like having some structure and routine to our day. In fact, we have commented that we find the weekends harder than the weekdays for some reason but baking things like these simple 3 ingredient peanut butter bites has helped keep us busy.

I am giving away a set of Fearne Cotton’s Inspirational Cards. Each card encourages you to follow your dreams through mindfulness and positivity. The giveaway is open for a week until 27/04/2020.

Good Luck and stay positive. Do also see my home learning giveaway here.
